The FET That Exploded

I wish I had the explosion itself on camera. The heatsink was a little uncomfortably hot; must've been avalanching. After a break, I powered it up again, then this happened. I was using this transistor in my flyback driver until it died. I think what killed it was when it overheated, it shorted, and as well as the fact it was already half-dead.
